Storage FAQs

We do not have office hours. To set up a meeting or appointment, please contact us using the information on our Contact page. We offer 24/7 access to your unit, so you can come and go as needed at any time.

You can bring your own lock, or you can purchase a new, high-security lock on-site at move-in. Using your own lock ensures that only you have the key or combination to your unit.

Rent is charged on a month-to-month basis. You can pay online through our tenant portal, in person at the office, or by mail. We accept major credit cards and most debit cards. Automatic payments can also be set up so you never miss a due date.

The minimum rental period is generally one year. However, we may offer shorter-term leases for certain units on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our office for current availability and lease options.

For safety reasons, we do not allow storage of flammable or explosive materials, illegal items, perishable food, live animals, or anything that could create odors or attract pests. If you are unsure about a specific item, please contact the office before moving it into your unit.

When you are ready to move out, simply empty your unit, remove your lock, and notify the office according to the notice period in your lease (usually a few days before your next due date). As long as the unit is clean and vacant, your rental will be closed.
